BOOKING POLICY
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for eyelash extension appointment reservations. This applies to lash full sets and foreign refills only.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING
- We kindly request 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your deposit is forfeited if you do not cancel 24 hours before your reservation.
- No show/late cancellations are subject to a $40 fee (in addition to forfeiture of any deposits made).
- Appointments with deposits are transferrable to a future date for the same services or any other services that are offered at Bamboo Nails & Spa. A Maximum of 2 transfers or rescheduling is permitted.
LATE POLICY
- We ask that our clients arrive promptly to their appointment to ensure sufficient time for quality results.
- If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate you, however, time may not permit for us to honor your full services and your appointment may be shortened or reschedule (if beyond 15 minutes) to ensure we are on schedule for our next client. If your appointment has to be rescheduled due to tardiness, any deposited placed will be forfeited and you will be subjected our late cancellation fee. If you are late and decide to proceed with your appointment you will still be charge in full for your scheduled service even though your session time has been shortened due to tardiness.
