SHELLAC/GEL MANICURE - $45 (W/ FRENCH LOOK - $5+)

No drying time, no smudging. Your nails will remain glossy and colorful (long lasting from 10 days to 3 weeks). Includes shoulder massage and paraffin wax.

GEL-X FULL SET - $60+

Aprés Gel-X is the world's first soft gel nail extension system! Gel-X extensions have the malleability of a soft gel polish and the length of a press-on or glue-on nail. The extension is made out of gel polish which is applied directly on top of your full natural nail and can be cut and shaped to your preference.

Start with a water whirlpool soak, followed by local trimming, shaping & buffing, cuticle core & callus treatments. Finish treatment with a foot massage & a regular polish of your choice.

DELUXE PEDICURE - $45 (W/ GEL POLISH - $63)

All the benefits of a Classic Pedicure plus an aqua blue tablet, exfoliating honey scrub, milk & honey buttercream lotion massage, and a paraffin wax treatment.

The Organic Spa Pedicure includes a special scrub designed to gently remove keratinized dead skin cells and calluses. The moisture mask softens the layers of skin leaving a younger smoother skin with uniform pigmentation. BOOKING POLICY

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for eyelash extension appointment reservations. This applies to lash full sets and foreign refills only.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING

  • We kindly request 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your deposit is forfeited if you do not cancel 24 hours before your reservation.
  • No show/late cancellations are subject to a $40 fee (in addition to forfeiture of any deposits made).
  • Appointments with deposits are transferrable to a future date for the same services or any other services that are offered at Bamboo Nails & Spa. A Maximum of 2 transfers or rescheduling is permitted.

LATE POLICY

  • We ask that our clients arrive promptly to their appointment to ensure sufficient time for quality results.
  • If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate you, however, time may not permit for us to honor your full services and your appointment may be shortened or reschedule (if beyond 15 minutes) to ensure we are on schedule for our next client. If your appointment has to be rescheduled due to tardiness, any deposited placed will be forfeited and you will be subjected our late cancellation fee. If you are late and decide to proceed with your appointment you will still be charge in full for your scheduled service even though your session time has been shortened due to tardiness.

Policy

Complimentary Fixes
  • If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the salon we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within 3 days of your original services. Traditional nail polish services are not guaranteed, however we would be glad to fix them for you.
  • You must call and schedule an appointment for nail fixes within 3 days of services rendered as we would like to serve you as soon as possible. Please DO NOT e-mail for fixes.
  • A charge is required for the cost of any repair or replacement that we have to carry out due to damages that you have caused.
  • 7-days guaranteed for shellac, dipping and nail services. After 7 days of your original services rendered, you may be changed for the nail fix.
Refunds
  • BAMBOO NAILS & SPA does not provide refunds for any service(s) and/or Gift Certificates purchased. If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before payment. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. No refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left behind
We reserve the right to refuse services to:
  • Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
  • Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
  • Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our services.
  • Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers.

All of our manicure and nail services are non-refundable, but if you are not completely happy with our services, please let us know right away. For example if you experience a chipped or cracked nail, come back in and we will fix it free of charge.
